Rising Tides is here to help parents put the right supports in place for your children

How we work:

  1. One hour interview/ meeting to determine areas of concern
  2. Basic assessment of current skills will be completed along with a review of any recent assessments 
  3. Collaborative plans will be made for both school and home
  4. Services will be prioritized and implemented together. Some services may be provided through Rising Tides or outside services may be recommended.
  5. Provide ongoing support around all of your child’s educational services
  6. Periodic assessment work to determine new academic goals and to adjust plans as needed.
